Site Manager – Commercial Fit-Out

About the Role

We’re working with a leading London-based fit-out contractor delivering high-quality commercial interiors across offices, retail spaces, and hospitality venues. They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on projects from pre-start through to handover, ensuring excellence in delivery, safety, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage subcontractor teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, project managers, and suppliers.
• Implement and monitor all health & safety procedures on site.
• Conduct site inductions, progress meetings, and quality inspections.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within the fit-out or refurbishment sector.
• Strong understanding of commercial interiors, joinery, and finishes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications required.
